Key Responsibilities
- Develop biodegradable and recyclable packaging materials for food and beverage products
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate sustainability metrics into product lifecycles
- Conduct material testing and cost analysis for eco-friendly packaging alternatives
- Ensure compliance with international environmental standards (ISO 14001, EU Ecolabel)
- Partner with suppliers to source renewable resources for packaging production
Required Skills
- Expertise in CAD software for 3D packaging design
- Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) tools for environmental impact analysis
- Proficiency in polymer science and material engineering
- Experience with supply chain sustainability frameworks
- Creative problem-solving in waste reduction initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Materials Engineering
- Master’s Degree preferred in Sustainable Design or Circular Economy
Experience

Salary
180,000 – 220,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
