Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Palapye, Botswana. As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create high-quality digital learning materials that meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing online courses and tutorials to creating interactive simulations and games. You will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and accessible to learners of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create high-quality digital learning materials
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in digital learning design
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital learning experiences are aligned with business objectives
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital learning design or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and project management skills
