Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners
• Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality digital learning content
• Conduct needs analysis and learner analysis to inform the design of digital learning experiences
• Design and develop interactive and engaging digital learning content, including simulations, games, and multimedia
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that digital learning experiences are aligned with business objectives and learning strategies

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences
• Proven track record of designing and developing high-quality digital learning content
• Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Strong understanding of digital learning technologies and trends
