Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative risk analysis using statistical and financial modeling techniques.
  • Monitor credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk exposures on a daily basis.
  • Prepare risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank of Botswana’s regulatory guidelines and international Basel standards.
  • Maintain and update risk dashboards and key risk indicator (KRI) systems.
  • Participate in stress testing exercises and scenario analysis.

Education
