Job Overview
The Corporate Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing the bank’s liquidity, funding, and risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short‑term liquidity requirements.
- Execute foreign exchange, money market, and interest rate transactions in line with approved limits.
- Prepare treasury reports, including cash flow statements, risk metrics, and compliance dashboards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to assess market and credit risk exposures.
- Support the preparation of regulatory filings and ensure adherence to the Bank of Botswana guidelines.
- Analyze funding options and recommend optimal financing structures for corporate clients.
- Participate in treasury system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Knowledge of treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, Reval) and Bloomberg terminal.
- Understanding of foreign exchange, money markets, and interest rate products.

Education
