Job Overview

The Network Planning Manager will lead the design, optimization, and expansion of Orange Botswana’s radio access network (RAN) and core infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi‑year network rollout plans, aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in LTE and 5G network architecture, RF planning, and capacity modeling.
  • Proficiency with planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or Mentum.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including risk assessment and mitigation.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Botswana’s telecommunications regulations and spectrum allocation.

Education
