Job Overview

The Network Optimization Manager will lead a cross‑functional team responsible for planning, designing, and fine‑tuning Mascom’s radio access network (RAN) and core transport layers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive network optimization plans aligned with business objectives and market demand.
• Analyze performance metrics, drive KPI improvements, and produce actionable insights using advanced analytics tools.
• Lead drive‑tests, RF surveys, and drive‑test data validation to identify coverage gaps and capacity constraints.

Required Skills
