Job Overview

The Construction Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs across all active construction sites in Selibe-Phikwe. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site‑specific safety plans, ensuring alignment with national legislation and Bechtel’s global safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare root‑cause analyses, and implement preventive measures to reduce future occurrences.
