Job Overview

Adobe Systems Botswana is seeking a passionate UX Designer to lead the development of intuitive digital products tailored for Botswana’s growing tech ecosystem. This role will focus on creating user-centered designs for Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite, with opportunities to collaborate on emerging technologies like AI-powered design tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for Adobe’s software platforms
  • Conduct user research and usability testing in Botswana’s digital market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Adobe XD/Figma
  • Implement accessibility standards for digital products
  • Monitor user feedback and analytics to optimize design solutions

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking
  • Experience with user research methodologies
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital product design work
  • Fluency in both English and Setswana preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Salary

SSP 250,000 – SSP 350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
