Job Overview
As a Textile Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at Sappi’s Serowe facility, ensuring efficient production of high-quality textile materials. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise textile production processes, including spinning, weaving, and finishing.
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage raw material inventory.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and safety.
- Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Salary
