Job Overview

BIDR is seeking a dynamic Policy Research Analyst to lead research projects on national development priorities. This role involves designing policy frameworks, analyzing socio-economic data, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on public policy issues affecting Botswana’s development agenda.
  • Design and implement policy evaluation frameworks for government programs.

Required Skills

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.

Salary

SSP 120,000 – SSP 150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
