Job Summary
The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, facilitating student learning, supporting curriculum development, conducting assessments, and contributing to the academic excellence of the institution.
Successful candidates will play an important role in preparing students for professional careers while maintaining high educational standards and promoting continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and academic workshops.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Conduct student assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Participate in curriculum review and program development activities.
- Maintain accurate student performance and attendance records.
- Support academic research and scholarly activities where applicable.
- Utilize modern teaching technologies and learning management systems.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and institutional initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation requirements.
- Engage with industry stakeholders to enhance academic relevance.
Education Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher qualification in the relevant field of specialization.
- PhD qualification will be considered an added advantage for certain academic disciplines.
- Professional certifications relevant to the subject area are desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching, lecturing, training, or industry experience.
- Experience within higher education institutions, colleges, universities, or professional training organizations is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective academic instruction and student support.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated Monthly Salary Range:
- Part-Time Lecturers: BWP 8,000 – BWP 10,000
- Full-Time Lecturers: BWP 18,000 – BWP 30,000+
