Position Overview

BTC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resource operations, talent acquisition initiatives, employee engagement programs, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to build a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with Botswana labor legislation and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Demonstrated success in talent management and organizational development.
