Job Overview

Adobe Botswana is seeking a passionate User Experience (UX) Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for its suite of creative software solutions. This role will focus on designing cutting-edge interfaces for Adobe’s creative tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals
  • Develop design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across platforms
  • Present design concepts and conduct user testing sessions to validate solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies in the creative industry

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work
  • Experience with user-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Master’s Degree preferred but not required

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional UX design experience
  • Experience in software or SaaS product design preferred

Salary

200,000 – 300,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
