Job Overview
The Textile Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing lifecycle within the Selebi-Phikwe facility. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-volume output with meticulous quality control. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure all garments meet international export standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and floor operators, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure all machinery is serviced and operating at peak efficiency.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track plant productivity and labor efficiency.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field of Industrial Management.
