Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyse supply chain data from internal systems and external partners.
  • Develop performance dashboards and regular reports on key metrics such as on‑time delivery, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team to optimise storage layouts and picking strategies.
  • Support demand forecasting activities by integrating market trends and historical sales data.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of third‑party logistics providers.
  • Prepare business cases for technology upgrades and automation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and DHL’s internal standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and inventory management.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are considered an advantage.

Experience

2‑4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics planning, or a similar role within a fast‑paced environment. Experience with multinational corporations or global logistics providers is highly desirable.
