Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, and foot‑traffic data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for store managers and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and merchandising teams to streamline replenishment cycles.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on stock‑outs, shrinkage, and over‑stock situations.
- Recommend pricing, promotion, and product placement strategies based on data insights.
- Support the implementation of new retail technologies, such as POS upgrades and automated inventory systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train store staff on data‑driven decision‑making and best practices for inventory control.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of retail supply chain processes and inventory management principles.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. Candidates with additional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or data analytics credentials will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants should possess 3‑5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, supply chain analytics, or a similar analytical role within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. Salary
