Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, inventory, and foot‑traffic data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for store managers and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and merchandising teams to streamline replenishment cycles.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on stock‑outs, shrinkage, and over‑stock situations.
• Recommend pricing, promotion, and product placement strategies based on data insights.
• Support the implementation of new retail technologies, such as POS upgrades and automated inventory systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train store staff on data‑driven decision‑making and best practices for inventory control.

Education
