Position Summary
Debswana Diamond Company is seeking a qualified Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair electrical systems, power distribution equipment, industrial machinery, and mining infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures.

Educational Requirements
- Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Industrial Electrical Systems, or related field.
- Valid Electrician License or Trade Test Certification preferred.
- Additional mining industry certifications will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, industrial operations, mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
- Experience working with high-voltage and low-voltage systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical equipment and safety standards.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies.
