• Organizational Skills: Planning maintenance schedules, work activities, and resource allocation is essential.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers is needed for daily operations and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Relevant experience and qualifications
• 35 years and above
• Must have excellent people and communication skills
• Should be literate and fluent in English
