Job Overview

The Network Optimization Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing optimization strategies for Mascom’s nationwide mobile and fixed‑line networks. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive drive‑test and performance data analysis to identify coverage gaps, capacity constraints, and quality of service issues.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans, including antenna tilt adjustments, frequency re‑planning, and load balancing across cells.
  • Collaborate with RF engineers, core network teams, and vendor partners to validate optimization recommendations.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and machine learning models to predict traffic patterns and proactively address network bottlenecks.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call drop rate, data throughput, and latency, ensuring targets are met.
  • Participate in network rollout projects, providing optimization input during site acquisition and commissioning phases.

Required Skills
