Key Responsibilities
- Analyze applications and supporting documentation to assess risk exposure and determine appropriate premium rates.
- Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and company risk appetite.
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to refine pricing models and ensure alignment with market trends.
- Prepare detailed underwriting reports and present findings to senior management for decision‑making.
- Monitor the performance of underwritten policies, identify loss trends, and recommend corrective actions.
