Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental impact assessments for clients in various sectors, including mining, energy, and infrastructure.
  • Develop environmental management plans and provide expert advice to clients on environmental matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and mitigate environmental risks and impacts.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and reporting, as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and environmental management.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations in Botswana.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental software.

Education

Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.

Experience

8-12 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and environmental management.

Salary

P 60,000 – P 90,000 per annum.
