As a Digital Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital asset library, ensuring that all assets are accurately cataloged, tagged, and easily accessible to our customers. You will work closely with our content team to ensure that all assets are properly ingested, processed, and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring that all assets are accurately cataloged, tagged, and easily accessible to customers.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure that all assets are properly ingested, processed, and delivered to customers.
  • Develop and implement metadata standards and best practices for digital asset management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital assets are properly integrated into our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for digital asset management processes and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with digital asset management software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

5 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.
