Job Description

KFC is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join its team in Francistown and Jwaneng. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of food orders while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will use their own motorbike to deliver orders efficiently, ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and within the expected time frame. This position requires strong time management skills, knowledge of local routes, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to customers safely and efficiently within designated timeframes
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
Provide excellent customer service during all delivery interactions
Handle food and packages with care to maintain quality and prevent damage
Communicate clearly with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery status
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorbike
Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times

Requirements

BGCSE or equivalent qualification
Must own a reliable motorbike suitable for delivery services
Valid motorbike driving license
Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of local routes, roads, and traffic patterns
Good time management and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Physically fit and able to handle long hours of riding
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Education

Minimum BGCSE qualification

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in delivery services or a related field
Experience in food delivery or courier services is an advantage

Salary (Estimated)

BWP 4,000 – 8,000 per month plus potential delivery incentives
