Job Overview
The Data Science Lead will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions that empower IBM’s clients to make data‑driven decisions. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will build and mentor a high‑performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to identify high‑impact use cases.
- Develop and implement machine learning pipelines using Python, R, Spark, and cloud services.
- Ensure models adhere to IBM’s AI ethics guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
