Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts that incorporate Botswanan cultural elements.
- Conduct research on local food traditions, ingredients, and sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with resort chefs to train staff in new recipes and presentation techniques.
- Partner with suppliers to source organic, locally grown produce and ethical ingredients.
- Design seasonal menus that align with dietary trends and guest preferences.
- Organize culinary workshops and cultural food festivals for guests and staff.

Education

Salary
150,000 – 200,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
