Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts that incorporate Botswanan cultural elements.
• Conduct research on local food traditions, ingredients, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with resort chefs to train staff in new recipes and presentation techniques.
• Partner with suppliers to source organic, locally grown produce and ethical ingredients.
• Design seasonal menus that align with dietary trends and guest preferences.
• Organize culinary workshops and cultural food festivals for guests and staff.
