Job Purpose

The Bar Supervisor will ensure smooth bar operations, maintain service quality, manage inventory and staff, control costs, and ensure compliance with Botswana hospitality and licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Operations Management

• Oversee daily bar opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all bar operations.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels and manage procurement of bar supplies.

• Supervise and lead bar staff in daily operations.

• Address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Guide staff in delivering high-quality service.
• Participate in menu planning for beverages and food items.
