Job Overview
The Digital Payments Innovation Manager will lead the design, development, and launch of cutting‑edge digital payment products and services that meet the evolving needs of Botswana’s consumers and businesses. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases, product roadmaps, and go‑to‑market strategies that align with Ecobank’s strategic objectives.
