Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital banking strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Botswana market dynamics.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for mobile banking apps, internet banking platforms, and API‑based services.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure robust security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer journey mapping to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage agile development sprints.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, activation rates, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing to design go‑to‑market campaigns, onboarding flows, and user education programs.
