Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Creative Heritage Content Developer to design and produce digital content that authentically represents Botswana’s cultural heritage. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise to develop multimedia projects that engage both local and international audiences. The position is based in Molepolole and offers opportunities to work on cross-disciplinary projects with cultural institutions, museums, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop digital content (videos, interactive media, AR/VR experiences) that preserves and promotes Botswana’s cultural heritage
  • Collaborate with historians, artists, and community leaders to document oral histories and traditional practices
  • Design educational resources and digital exhibitions for museums and cultural centers
  • Implement SEO strategies to maximize online visibility of cultural content
  • Conduct workshops to train local creators in digital storytelling techniques

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing, 3D modeling, and interactive media tools
  • Strong understanding of cultural preservation methodologies
