**Job Title:** WORKSHOP MANAGER
**Role Purpose:** For a generator, borehole and test pumping company.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and supervision of planned and unplanned works, repair maintenance of generators and borehole pump testing works, company vehicles including a crane truck.
- Plan, schedule and organize programs for overhauling of equipment and plant.
- Training of workshop staff
- Fault finding and repair of engines
- Knowledge of generator controllers & programming e.g. Deep sea, Smartgen
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Diploma in Mechanics
- 20 years’ experience in the installation, repair and commissioning of generators and borehole pump testing machines, servicing and repair for both petrol and diesel engines
- Computer literate
