Key Job Responsibilities

The Procurement Assistant (Food & Beverage) will support procurement and operational teams by ensuring efficient sourcing and smooth coordination between suppliers and hospitality teams.

Procurement & Purchase Order Management

• Raise and track purchase orders according to approved requisitions and operational demands.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of food products, beverages, kitchen supplies, and operational inventory.
• Ensure procurement timelines align with camp and lodge operational requirements.

Supplier Coordination & Vendor Management

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Invoice Verification & Documentation

• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, quotations, and delivery notes.
