Job Overview

The Strategic Mine Development Analyst will support Debswana’s Orapa mine by providing data‑driven insights, market analysis, and strategic recommendations that guide expansion projects, cost‑reduction initiatives, and sustainability programs. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning, the analyst will collaborate with geologists, engineers, finance teams, and external consultants to develop comprehensive development plans that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
