We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Biologist to join our team in Shakawe, Botswana. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our marine conservation efforts in the Okavango Delta and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marine conservation projects in the Okavango Delta and surrounding areas
• Conduct research on marine ecosystems and species, including data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable marine conservation practices
• Develop and manage project budgets and reports
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in marine biology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marine conservation or a related field
• Proven track record of successful project management and implementation
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
