Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable urban planning strategies that promote economic growth, social equity, and environmental sustainability
- Work closely with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and private sector partners, to ensure that our client’s urban planning initiatives are aligned with the needs and aspirations of the local community
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable urban planning and develop innovative solutions to address the unique challenges facing our client’s communities
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure that our client’s urban planning initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with our client’s team of urban planners, engineers, and architects to ensure that our client’s urban planning initiatives are integrated with other infrastructure projects and programs
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on sustainable development
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable urban planning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
