Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and standards specific to diamond mining operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk analyses to identify potential safety issues.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare root‑cause analysis reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for all mine personnel.
