Job Description

Platinum Icons (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Property & Portfolio Manager to lead the performance and strategic management of its growing property portfolio. This is a senior-level role designed for a results-oriented professional who can oversee operations, optimise asset value, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play a central role in the company’s corporatisation journey, ensuring that property assets are managed efficiently while aligning operational execution with long-term business strategy. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on management across property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end property portfolio management, including leasing, operations, and asset performance
Manage tenant relationships and stakeholder engagement to ensure high occupancy and client satisfaction
Drive revenue optimisation through effective leasing strategies, rent reviews, and income growth initiatives
Monitor and control operational costs to maximise profitability and efficiency
Supervise facilities management and ensure high standards of service delivery across all properties
Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property value and long-term returns
Prepare and present financial, operational, and performance reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and company policies
Lead and structure property management processes to improve operational stability and performance

Requirements

Proven experience in property management, portfolio management, or real estate asset management
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams and operations
Ability to design, implement, and stabilise operational structures and systems
Strong understanding of property markets, leasing strategies, and asset optimisation
High level of accountability, discipline, and governance awareness
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Professional certifications in property or asset management are an added advantage

Experience

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in property or portfolio management
Experience managing multi-property portfolios or commercial/residential assets is highly preferred
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency

Salary (Estimated)

BWP 30,000 – 60,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio size
