Job Description
Sprint Couriers is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join its growing team in Maun. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and providing accurate service information.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily courier operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, shipment tracking, and resolving delivery-related issues
Provide accurate information regarding courier services, pricing, timelines, and company policies
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service requests
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and service delivery
Manage cash transactions and ensure proper handling and timely banking
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Use computer systems and office tools to manage customer data and communications
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Valid Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving abilities and ability to handle challenging situations
High attention to detail and proactive approach to customer needs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
General computer literacy and data entry skills
Education
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Administration, or Customer Service
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or logistics support
Experience in courier or logistics industry is an added advantage
Salary (Estimated)
BWP 6,000 – 12,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
