Program Overview
The Internship Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to help recent graduates develop professional skills, gain practical experience, and understand the mining industry. Interns will work across multiple departments, gaining exposure and contributing to real business operations.
Participation in this program does not guarantee permanent employment within the company.

Fields of Study Required
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following:
Public Relations and Communications
Chemical Engineering
Mining Engineering
Geology or Geotechnical Engineering
Human Resources
Finance
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Earth and Environmental Sciences
Control and Instrumentation Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.)
Any mining-related field
Eligibility Criteria
Graduated between 2023 and 2025
Registered with relevant local professional regulatory bodies
Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Good communication and teamwork skills
