Job Description

Role Overview

The Engineering Solutions & Automation Engineer will work in the Group’s Technology & Engineering Division to support automation, infrastructure engineering, and digital systems improvement initiatives. You will collaborate across IT, operations, and business teams to design, deploy, and optimize systems that enhance reliability, performance, and scalability of core platforms and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation & Integration Engineering

Develop and maintain automation workflows for internal processes (e.g., operations, testing, system deployment).

Support the design and execution of integration between core systems and automation platforms.

Monitor automation performance and optimize solutions to reduce manual repetitive tasks.

• Systems Engineering & Support

Assist with infrastructure engineering tasks including deployment, configuration, and system testing.

Provide engineering support for cloud solutions, enterprise platforms, and internal tools.

Work with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements.

• Technical Documentation & Quality Assurance

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, SOPs, and support guides.

Participate in system testing, reliability assessments, and quality assurance activities.

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements aligned with digital transformation priorities.

Collaborate on projects that strengthen tech delivery, system efficiency, and operational resilience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems, Software, or Engineering Technology or related field.

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in engineering roles involving automation, systems support, or technical integration.

Technical Skills

Experience with automation platforms, scripting languages (e.g., Python), or workflow orchestration tools.

Knowledge of cloud solutions, infrastructure engineering, and modern development practices.

Familiarity with system monitoring, testing frameworks, and technical issue resolution.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Effective communication and cross‑team collaboration.

Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
